Mr. Kennedy was a licensed commercial real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap in Las Vegas and Denver in the late 1990s and early 2000s, closing millions of dollars worth of apartments, retail, and land transactions. Mr. Kennedy earned Outstanding Achievement Award honors in 1999, representing some of Las Vegas’ largest commercial developers.

Mr. Kennedy was the founder and managing partner of the renowned 9th Door restaurants in LoDo and Capitol Hill and founder, partner, and general manager of the Santa Fe Tequila Company Bar & Restaurants in the Santa Fe Arts District and Littleton. In addition, Mr. Kennedy was formerly a safety consultant for the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Mr. Kennedy attended the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO.

Mr. Kennedy’s diverse background and decades of experience gives him a unique skill set – making him intimately familiar with commercial properties, commercial leases, commercial build-outs, commercial mechanical systems, business financial statements, development, zoning, planning, sales, and marketing.
