Jeff started his successful business career building and managing several Multi-Million dollar Restaurants in Chicago and Denver for over a decade. During that time he built a massive network of connections through his business relationships and volunteerism. Having a passion for helping others, Jeff coached and developed many new leaders in his field as well as connecting people within his network to help other businesses with their growth – specifically in the real estate field.

In seeing the investment opportunity in Denver, Jeff started his own Real Estate investing and wholesaling firm. Working with creative marketing and his network he was able to gain access to a large volume of on and off market investment opportunities including REO’s, note packages, (both performing and non performing,) commercial and residential tapes, and other distressed assets Excelling at accurate onsite estimates for rehab costs and obtainable ARV’s, Jeff has been able to find highly profitable investments for his clients. Using his management and business background Jeff began to consult for investors on how to maximize their profits thru finding and acquiring undervalued assets, reduction in costs, marketing, sourcing, He has now partnered with Cardinal Holdings and brings his extensive knowledge and expertise to their clientele which includes 3 of the countries largest real estate owners. Jeff studied Aerospace Engineering at SRJC on a full ride scholarship. In his free time Jeff is a hobbyist. Together with his wife and son you will find them doing everything from golfing and traveling to brewing beer!
