Sheila Watkins, originally from Alabama and an Auburn graduate, has extensive experience in the world of art and marketing. She lived as a southern artist in Montgomery, Alabama, becoming widely known for her children’s murals and artwork sold in local galleries and coffee shops. One of her paintings was featured in the southern regional magazine, Deep South.
Sheila moved to the Denver area and joined the Highlands Ranch stay-at-home mom groups while her boys were babies. During that time she got her masters in education so she could teach art. For 5 years she enjoyed being an elementary art teacher in Douglas County Schools.
After living in the area for 13 years Sheila decided her love of discovering niches and neighborhoods and looking for homes with friends would lead her to another fun and exciting career as a real estate agent. She is enthusiastic and excited to help clients purchase a new home or sell their beloved home.
Sheila lives in Highlands Ranch with her two teen sons and their French bulldog, Betsy. FALKO realty welcomes her positive look on life and gorgeous smile to the team.
